Park Avenue Holiday Village is a private chalet site in Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey.

Our licensed clubhouse, the Southbank Club, is open to the public and hosts a variety of entertainers during the open season (March-December)

Visit us, enjoy the magnificent views from the top of Leysdown and call in at the office to join our community of chalet owners.

In the owners' section you will find our December 2022 newsletter which will be coming out to you soon via email or post. Apologies for the lateness but there have been some last minute changes at the end of a busy season! In addition there is an important agreement document to be signed by chalet owners and returned to the office (you can also send via email), and information about why this is needed. This came out with electricity bills in early December. However this has also been delayed by post, so contact us for email copy if this has not come to you yet.
