Owners, Families and Visitors Code of Conduct

Park Avenue Holiday Village and Southbank Club

Adopted by PAHV February 2022


1. We greet each other.



2. We are respectful to all members and staff of the park community. Anti-social behaviours will not be tolerated.


3. We define problems and look for a possible solution. 


4. In the face of difficulty or conflict, we speak calmly, directly and privately to the person concerned.


5. We trust directors and staff motives are honorable, remembering that decisions are made in the best interests of the park.


6. We raise questions with directors or staff through the appropriate channels as shared in company policies and procedures.


7. We are positive role models for the park community.


8. We safeguard ourselves and others, by not putting ourselves in compromising situations and will report any issues including those relating to illegal activity, health and safety or safeguarding immediately.


9. We treat our company’s property and staff, with respect and care.


10. We are accountable for our actions and conduct.


11. We take responsibility for familiarising ourselves with company policies and procedures.


12. We pay our bills in a timely manner.


13. We follow park rules.


14. We will maintain our chalet to a high standard to ensure safety and that it meets expectations in its appearance.


15. We take responsibility for communication by keeping details updated, checking the website, email and/or postal correspondence and attending meetings as required


We understand that potential or perceived breaches of this code will be taken seriously and that a breach could lead to formal sanctions.




The directors agree that this code of conduct will be reviewed annually, upon significant changes to the law and policy or as needed and it will be endorsed by the directors’ board.
